I'm literally obsessed with this book. I don't know what else I can possibly say as an introduction but that this fulfilled all of my favourite tropes: monstrous characters, hate-to-love, betrayal, blood magic, death matches. Rating: 5 stars

This is a contender for my favourite book of the year. If you like horrible girls realising they might actually be a good person, this is the book for you. Rating: 5 stars
I'm a big fan of Marissa Meyer's writing style, so I was excited to get into this one. I chose the audiobook for this read because I got impatient waiting for my subscription box copy and the library had it available, and I thoroughly enjoyed this haunting Rumpelstiltskin retelling
Sorcery of Thorns was one of the first eARCs that I read, and the day I finished it I ordered An Enchantment of Ravens because I was enchanted (excuse the pun) with Margaret Rogerson's writing. Since then, she's been an insta-buy author for me, and this has just solidified my decision. As much as I love Sorcery of Thorns, Vespertine is definitely my new favourite. Rating: 5 stars!
When The Last Graduate showed up on my doorstep, I threw out my entire TBR to jump into it as soon as possible. I wasn't disappointed in the slightest, though I think it's possible that waiting for the third book might kill me. The Last Graduate picks up exactly where A Deadly Education left off, with barely seconds passing, so I highly recommend rereading as the back-to-back experience is excellent. Rating: 5 stars!
Since I finished reading this book, I haven't stopped thinking about it. I can't wait to get a finished copy so I can have an excuse to read it again. This is a very very weird fantasy with Linsey Miller's usual incredible character writing. It's dark and clever and fun with a cunning ace protagonist. Rating: 4 stars
The whole CHRONICLES OF THE BITCH QUEEN series rocketed near the top of my favourite fantasy series as soon as I started THE WOLF OF OREN-YARO, and it took me over a month to read THE DRAGON OF JIN-SAYENG because I wasn't ready for Tali and Khine's journey to be over. Rating: 4.5 stars
I adored Kalynn Bayron's debut, CINDERELLA IS DEAD, and so I had to request THIS POISON HEART when I saw that gorgeous cover. If you like Black girl magic, Little Shop of Horrors and gothic atmospheres, this is the perfect book. Rating: 5 stars!
I totally requested this book based off of a tweet from the author where they mentioned 'pansexual bloodmage'. That was enough for me initially, and after seeing the cover reveal, I was sold. This book absolutely didn't disappoint me, and I'm so glad that I decided to pick it up! A.M. Strickland is going to be a new must-read author for me, I think. Rating: 5 stars!
Okay, I totally gave into the hype on this one and I'm so glad I did. This book is as beautiful inside as it is outside, and I don't know whether the proof or the finished copy is prettier! Both are just so gorgeous. I was so excited to be invited onto the blog tour for this fantasy debut.
